stayed here o/nite on 24th nov . owner very friendly and helpful , an older style motel as many in mt gambier are but i think good value for money $80 a nite. Room very clean and tidy and comfy bed , nice shower plenty of good pressure hot water .We were at back of complex and found it very quiet . there were rooms on the main road that may have been noisy all nite.Try and avoid these .Restaurant attached mon to fri open only ..reasonable value food .

Room was good and clean. Stayed for two nights. Owner/staff at reception was most unpleasant. Did not greet. Had a very negative attitude towards us. Was not helpful. We felt like we were intruding rather than paying to stay there. Barbecue facilities were unsatisfactory. Wasn't clean and looked like they haven't been used in a while. The heated pool did not look very welcoming, was locked actually. Apart from the convenience of the location, I wouldn't really recommend it. There are plenty more places in Mt Gambier where I am sure the staff will be more cooperative.

Clean and conveniently located - even tho it was on the main highway! The heated pool was great for the kids in the middle of winter. Continental breakfasts were ample tho they didnt have evening meals while we were there. I dont reccommend Mt Gambier in the winter as many main attractions were closed.

I stayed here for work. I must say owner very nice at reception with greeting.

ROOMS ARE OLD. shower was filthy. I wore my thongs it was that bad. Super thin walls ment I could here everything from next doors rooms.

There is a truck stop at servo next door. So trucks were in and out all night. Worst thing was there trucks were left running.
