The apartments are very nice, new and spacious. I stayed in one with a city view, which was a very nice balcony overlooking the reserve/oval. A friend stayed in the sea view option and it was an amazing balcony. Pay the extra and go that option if you have a choice.
The only downside was that I couldnt get the internet service to work.

We have just returned to the U.K. after staying at this fabulous apartment hotel. We were early for our check in but storage of baggage was no problem whilst we waited for our apartment to be made ready. The staff were very helpful from the reception staff to the cleaners, nothing was too much trouble. The food in the hotel was excellent and the shared platters our favourite.
Wow!! The apartment was fabulous and well worth the extra expense of paying for the sea view. We had a second floor apartment with two very large bedrooms one with en-suite and a very large second bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen and a spacious lounge, but we spent most of our time on the balcony which overlooked the most beautiful beach with amazing sunsets, just the place to finish or start our day. Everything was clean, well presented and perfect for our requirements. The pool with its sauna and calm tranquility was perfect too. We highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was a bit chaotic, a queue of people and only one receptionist on duty. We had a beautiful apartment, bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and balcony. We chose a room with 'park view' rather than ocean view because it was cheaper, this had a pleasant outlook on an open green space.
The bed was extremely comfortable and big.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked last minute accommodation here on Australia Day weekend, and paid $240 a night for a 1 bedroom, ocean view apartment. Its the first time i have ever stayed anywhere where everything was perfect for myself and my husband. The room was spotless and roomy, the king bed was very comfy. The ocean view was great to have, we stayed in room 118 which was on the first floor which i loved, it felt like we were right on top of the sand. The breakfast restaurant was nice and the lady at the Blu Cafe was very friendly. I cant wait to come back for another stay. Thankyou Oaks Plaza Glenelg...... A. Gebert
