Our room was on the ground floor with queen and single beds plus table/chairs. Room opened onto the pool area with outside table and two chairs. Very comfortable. We had noted other reviews and brought our own pillows and soap. We chose this motel as it was away from the Highway/large truck traffic noise. The restaurant was very nice, good home cooked style meals i.e. bangers and mash, reef and beef, salmon all served with fresh vegetables. The wine was overpriced(bottle) and much younger then shown on the menu. The room was serviced each day with fresh towels.
The only negatives are - tired bathroom, soap dispenser, carpet needs replacing, pool area needs rejuvenation, spa could be heated perhaps.
Overall, a good location and three and a half star motel.
Big plus is quiet location, on site restaurant and proximity to Queen's Park.

My wife and I travelled to Toowoomba again this yeat to enjoy the Carnival of Flowers and view the Exibition and Prize Gardens there. We have been doing this every year for over 10 years and have stayed here the last couple of times.
What a fabulous property, more than just a motel. Large modern room with lounge area and small dining. Enormous shower. All fitments and inclusions are first class and in excellent condition. Notably also are the warm and welcoming staff
The location is on a beautiful tree lined avenue very close to town and spectacular Victoria Park.
Having travelled the world considerably over the years we were highly satisfied with this property and recommend it to everyone, not too expensive either.

This is a fine place for a short stay but if you have neck or back problems take your own pillow as the ones provided are rubber hard with no give.

This motel has attractive hotel rooms that are good value for money. The beds are very comfortable and the service friendly and obliging.
