All things considered this is a good property.
It's well located in a pleasant part of town (opposite the Grammar School parkland) and because it's set back from the street, it's very quiet. The rates are reasonable for a 3.5 star establishment... around $110.
The rooms are quite large and modern with refurbished bathrooms, flat screen TVs etc. The front door opens onto the carpark (spaces are limited) and they have a back sliding door which in my case, opened onto the pool area.
Just one small criticism... I hate the inbuilt soap/shampoo dispensers... they are so out of date. Why not provide a small basket of toiletries like everyone else does.
Other than that, no complaints whatsoever. I spent 2 pleasant nights here and would gladly stay again.
