Certainly nothing special about this motel. Has a pool but too cold in winter. On the outskirts of town but only $10 taxi to go into town if you really felt the need. Service was slow and disorganised. Room had water stains/mould on the ceiling but nothing really wrong with the rest of the place. Restaurant is really expensive and really slow but tasted nice. Basically an ordinary country motel. Oh by the way accommodation is quite expensive in Mt Isa.

Stayed here while working in town.

Typical country motel. Relatively clean and tidy. Furniture is outdated but functional. Room had a kitchenette, with a sink, utensils, kettle and toaster. Grounds could do with some work. Air conditioning is brilliant (you'll need it)!

Although quite a distance from the CBD, the location is fine. The highway isn't too busy and there are shops and places to eat, near by.

Ate once at the restaurant. Ethiopian influences, with a limited menu. My dish was very nice and the staff were friendly.

Would certainly stay again.

Management need to take better care of the place. My room had water stains on the ceiling and the smoke detector was falling off. The curtains also needed some repairs.

Will be advising my employer to not use this place again.
