When we arrived we had to check in at the bar as the reception was closed. Our beach front unit was not available even though we booked months in advance. We were given an other unit as we had nowhere else to go. Even though they knew we were checking in that day the kids bunk beds were not made. But that was just the begining of our woes. The toaster didn,t work, there was hardly any cooking utensils (listed as self contained) 1 pot to cook with, no hangars, no heating and because it was raining everything was damp. The management didn't seem to care when we complained and told us that we could go elesewhere if we were not happy. All this for $175 a night, We would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car. Don"t be fooled by the nice setting you see on their web site. The resort is full of mining workers who come home for the weekend. They get the beachfront units not you.

“Lovely setting, poor management”

Booked in for 6 nights but checked out after only 3 due to late night juke-box (doof doof) noise on 2 of those 3 night. No management available to deal with it, as mobile number provided by reception for on-site manager was never answered. Disappointing, as the beachfront setting and large, attractive pool area are lovely.
