Stayed for business for one week. Great location and close to eveyrthing. Good value rooms given the price. Hotel has a lovely pool area and also features a guest laundry. My towels were replaced each day even though I didnt request to, and also hung it up on racks. And bed was quite comfortable.

On a disappointing note, all information provided in guest services book as well as signs around the hotel seemed to be wrong. Laundry detergent was listed at $1.50 however I was charged $2. Packaged lunch was advertised as being able to select what items you wish to order - when I went to order i was advised it was a standard pack for $14. The following day I was advised it was infact $20. I later checked my items against the guest book and the prices still didnt add up. They have a lovely restaurant on site however the pricing is quite expensive given the quality of the meals. A rump steak with chips & salad was in excess of $30. There was only one of two items which were less than $20 and the menu was very basic.

At the end of it, I find my tax invoice (required for work meal reimbursement) more than $100 less than what I paid upon check out to settle the account. Frustrating.

Stay at this hotel only if you need a bed overnight.
