We spent 3 days in a 1 bedroom apartment, Harbour Tower on the 14th Floor. Great views overlooking Tweed River, Jack Evans Park & ocean views in the background. Very quiet suite and well equipped. The only negative we experienced were the two single beds pushed together to make a king bed & no luggage trolley available on car park level when you are unpacking. Would definitely go back for another stay and recommend resort to family & friends. Walking distance to Cooloongatta shops, cinema, restaurants, beach, RSL & Surf club, supermarkets & Point Danger. Everything is so handy, you don't need a car. Lots of activities in the resort, tennis, putt putt golf, pool - indoor and outdoor, pin ball machines, gym, restaurant.

The location and view are excellent with the beach and a wide variety of restaurants within a couple of blocks (easy walking distance). My 1br apartment was large, clean, comfortable, and well equipped (washer, dryer, dw, stove, fridge, microwave, 2 large TV's, stereo, and dvd/vhs player). I loved the view of the ocean (looking around Reflections across the street). Staff were reasonably helpful but the need to learn the bus routes as they had no clue how to get to Surfers Paradise from the stop outside the door. The outdoor pool is nice but the spa was often unheated (what's with that?). The only impediment to a good sleep is the garbage trucks for Twin Towns and Reflections that arrive, noisily, before 0730. Overall, an very positive resort and experience, very good value for my money.

Great location next to Twin Towns Services Club and close to the beach and shopping centres. The Apartments are better then the hotel rooms because they are larger and have all the amenities in the room. Very Friendly and helpful staff and its worth checking the Resort's online specials before booking. I've stayed there 5 times over the last 3 years and can recommend this Hotel.

This was my second visit to this resort, this time around I stayed here for 7 nights with my partner in a hotel room. Had a great view from our balcony. Our room was on the 3rd floor and I found the rubbish trucks very noisey ,early in the morning. Rooms not quite as sound proof as the apartments. Great to have a microwave and cutlery and crockery supplied. Buffet breakfast was great and was included in price of the room - would highly recommend. Joined Twin Towns Club which was handy for the free shuttle/bus back into Surfers and out to Tweed Heads.
Only down side was the reception staff were all very young and not always that helpful. Would stay here again though.
