After a Long day driving we had no booking but nothing was a trouble these guys were great, Fantastic restraunt and service great room, what a wonderful experience

Looking forward to one day going back, I will always remember this stay and i would throughly recommend if you visit Parkes enjoy the experience I did

Stayed 1 night in a King Room in March.
The room was large, well fitted out & spotlessly clean. The ensuite was excellent, towels huge.
Dinner was better than average motel food but certainly not resaurant standard. Breakfast was good, with a very large serving.
I considered the food expensive as was the room.
There was quite a bit of road noise during the night, not excessive but noticeable.
I think most of the motels were on the highway so all probably suffer road noise. I would check this out if I go back but would have to be convinced of an improvement before I booked elsewhere.
Maybe a lesser standard room would be better priced.

I was almost put off by previous reviews but we found this motel clean, comfortable and quiet. Good bed, great shower and separate toilet!! Manager friendly and helpful.

We found this motel a big disappointment. We usually stay at the Motor Inn across the road but unfortunately it was full. The Parkes International was noisy, shabby, and expensive for what it was. It also lacked the old fashioned country town hospitality that we have come to expect in Parkes. There are definitely better places to stay, which are also much more reasonably priced. Obviously we won't be returning......there is a good reason why it was the only place NOT booked out at that time of year.
