We were in town for a wedding, so didn't spend too much time in the room. We got one of the family rooms which was fantastic as it just gave us that extra space. I'd definitely stay there again.

Good size room. Nice pool, great O/night stay. Great value for money. Will stay again.
Would suggest a door chain/latch on room door to stop 2 yr old opening door. However this can not take away from our positive experience.

My husband was booked in for surgery at the Dudley Private Hospital in Orange. We wanted to make this surgery as stress free as possible. I searched the internet to find the best place possible we could stay. We booked a room for 2 days as we would be arriving the night before surgery, would have somewhere for me to relax during the day of his surgery and somewhere for him to come home to that was close to the hospital after his surgery.

All went well the first night. I went down to the reception and bought 10 hours internet usage for $20 and asked if they had a higher plan as we were there for 2 nights and 3 days. We had dinner at their restaurant and spent $150. We had a spa to finish off a lovely evening.

On the morning of his surgery, we got dressed and heading to the hospital. We were sitting at the hospital waiting for the surgeon to come get him when I received a phone-call from this motel asking if we wanted a late book-out. I responded that we werent booking out that we had booked for two nights. Three phone calls later and various exchanges including whoever was on the other end of the phone "inferring that I was a liar" and somehow trying to "put one over them". During one of the phonecalls, with me sitting there in tears my husband was taken away into surgery, I didnt even get to say goodbye to him. Also I was left with no conclusion other than apparently we no longer had a room.

I left the hospital and drove frantically back to the motel. When I arrived they were in repair mode. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who apologised profusely and to me appeared genuine.

The apology was nice but the damage had been done. I am a widow from my previous marriage, I have already lost one husband and for my husband now to be going into surgery it was an incredibly incredibly stressful time for me. We had done everything in our power to make these few days as stress-free for both of us as we could and due to this motels breakdown in their booking process these few days turned into a nightmare.

Nice motel but somehow get PROOF of your booking before arriving - don't believe what they say over the phone.

The Management was incompetent and rude, while I was checking in a man came to complain that he had been given a room and some one else was in it, the receptionist laughed it off and gave him a new room, there were at least three other complaints whilst I was there and I found a key card to my room under my door mat anyone could have entered whilst I was asleep! when I told the male manager about it he was very rude and very unapologetic.
