This place is new and located in back street of Hamilton. It is relatively quiet but if you book and they ring to advise you have room number one then don't stay here unless you can get another room or suffer from a disability.
Room one is on the ground level. You require a key code to get into the place and as soon as you enter the front door you walk straight into the kitchen/ dining area. Room number one joins the dining/lounge area so not only can you hear the front door opening and banging shut but if you wanted a sleep in you won't get it due to the clanging noise of kitchen utensils and people chatting over brekky!
Poorly designed and I think it's slack they place a room for peopled with disabilities adjoining the dining room. Only good thing bout this place was the comfortable bed and convenience to cafes nearby. Won't be staying here again!
