Room 5 had all of the facilities that one would expect from a modern motel and the reception staff were charming and helpful. However the room was musty and had a bad odour requiring an air spray from reception. The carpet was stained and needed a deep clean or replacement as were the dining room chairs. Dining room table and other surfaces were not clean Not good enough at the relatively high price.

Easy to spot, and all we needed for a comfortable 1 night stay on our road trip home. Suited our purpose perfectly.

Good value - not stylish or modern, but simple, comfortable and spacious accommodation in a good location. Being on the main road, we requested a room on the far side, but don't think road noise was an issue.

Woke up well rested and to a simple and hearty room service breakfast.

My partner and I stumbled across Elite Motor Inn on a stop over visit in Armidale last year and were so pleased with our stay that we have continued to go back everytime we are down that way. Having spent years in the hotel industry ourselves, we have a reasonably low tolerance for bad service, but the staff at Elite have been very friendly and helpful everytime and the rooms have always been at a consistent standard of quality and cleanliness. They are in a great location, being very close to the centre of Armidale whilst still having a lovely view of the park. We have never had a issue staying with them there and will continue to do so.

Spacious and spotless rooms, electric blankets a nice touch, lovely outlook, walking distance to pubs, many lovely restaurants and CBD. Particularly loved the reasonably priced breakfast. Will definitely visit again!!
