Very luxurious and comfortable. Great room service, freindly staff and comfortable bed - we had a great time staying here. Handy location - only a short stroll to everything with fantastic water views. I would have no hesitation staying here again or recommending it to anyone to stay. My wife and daughter didn't want to leave.

Stayed in Lakefront SERVICED Apartments for 5 nights, the only good point about this place was the location only a mere 5 mins walk, other than that I was really disappointed. The place states its a four star I would give it a three at a PUSH, the daily room service took place at 3pm each day, only the towels were changed, no beds were made, not one bed change in sheets during our stay, the decor was old and the bathroom had leaking taps, rotten bathroom boards along the so called shower/ bath and everything was old the bathroom was that pink plastic stuff you know and a shower curtain.

The toilet paper holder was broken and the gardens needed tending too I just fell if your looking for a place to stay dont stay here for your four stars cause its not.

The staff were helpful but I suspect they are all overseas students on a working holiday it was not their fault but I felt Management needs a kick up the butt.

We had a great stay in Queenstown but will all other accomodation listings like you can do a lot better.

Stayed here for 9 nights while skiing around Queenstown.

These are managed apartments so don't know what the rest of the complex is like -seemed good. We stayed in a two bedroom penthouse (number 20) and it was perfect. The apartment complex is oldish but our apartment was very contemporary and well appointed; very modern rennovation. Very roomy with a great kitchen, dining, lounge area. Fold out comfortable double bed couch if needed too. Master bedroom with ensuite (great shower) and second bedroom with two single beds. Second bathroom doesn't have a shower (but does have a bath which is great after the first few days skiiing). Parking under - a slowish lift but only three floors. Apartment has a very large balcony - great and relaxing views over Lake Wakatipu and surrounding mountains; paragliding, the old Earnslaw steamer chugging past making for a permanently changing, interesting and beautiful vista.

Two minute walk to the centre of Queenstown. Couldn't have been happier with the accommodation and the skiing - great snow!!

Our accommodation here exceeded my expections. The view over the lake and snowcapped mountains was spectacular. Our apartment itself was lovely, very comfortable with nice decor. Really only 2 mins walk into town. Yes it is on roadway, but traffic noise wasn't really a problem for us as we were getting up by 8am every day to go skiing and were then out all day. I would definately stay here again.
