Motel rooms are very modern. Stayed in the family unit which had one king bed, 2 single beds and an extra single bed in the living room. Each room has a flat screen tv. Also there were 3 bathrooms in this family unit. Everything was brand new. Large balcony overlooking the lake and the remarkable's, great place to eat breakfast in the morning. Location is not too far from the main city area. Only negative thing about this motel is that parking is difficult if you have a big car.

We stayed for 9 nights, the manager was awesum giving us good local advice and only charged us minimal for the Internet. There is a bus stop just down the road and the Cbd is walking distance mind you the walk to the motel is uphill from the Cbd. All in all it's modern, cheap, clean, a good location and great service. Would recommend!

My family of 5 have just stayed for 9 nights. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. This had 3 bathrooms, what a bonus. The room was very modern. Great balcony's on both sides of apartment. Our room was tidied (beds, rubbish and towels) done daily. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Close to the centre of Queenstown without being right in the middle of the late night partying (great for a family). I would definately stay again. Also great value for money.

The room we stayed in (1 bd upstairs) was very quiet when the double glazed doors & windows were closed. There are also noice reducing curtains which make a huge difference. The rooms have been refurbished with top quality fittings and the TV was the largest we had in NZ. We spent most afternoons on the balcony and although the traffic was always there it didn't really bother us after a while and the view more than made up for it. Althogh wardrobe space was limited we were advised that we could use the single bed in the living room to place our suitcases and we used that instead. Would definately stay again.
