Stayed at athe Copthorne for New Years Eve.
Hotel is conveniently situated in walking distant to the town centre either down the main road or down through the gardens, which is a pleasant walk either way.
The room we had did not have a view and was on the third floor down from main level and during the day we had to have the light on.
Room was very well furbished and laid out, bed was huge and very comfortable. Hotel seems to be in the process of renovating areas of the complex as the room we stayed in smelt of new paint. There is also a lack of carparking.
Only ate breakfast in the restaurant and this was very good value. A good selection of both hot and cold dishes and tea/coffee avaialable to pour yourself.
Overall was a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
