Stayed on one of the 1BR suites. Great room. It's large and nicely furnished. Great bathroom. Staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Great location, five minute walk from town.

My only complaint is that I have a suite that fronts on Stanley Street. Nice view of the lake, but it's noisy from the traffic, as Stanley is one of the main roads in and out of Queenstown..

i had a large 2-bed room with private balcony with a view of the mountains. only issue was traffic noise on the busy street in front of the hotel. the room was large and nice and clean. sink was separate from shower and toilet. breakfast buffet was very good. personnel were nice.
location is convenient to town and queens garden park.

Modern, comfortable and clean room. Short walk (approx 10 mins) into the main town ship and only 2-3 min taxi ride. Room service prices were reasonable. The onluy thing I can fault is the bed - way too soft and actually sank in the middle but overall happy with the accommodation, would definitely stay here again.

We only styaed in this hotel for 1 night due to a lte booking but for the price it was quite good. Though on the steep hill going into the town centre it is only a 10 min walk into town. The rooms were quite modern and very spacious. The only complaint I had there was no air conditioning and summer time in Queenstown can get quite warm. However, it cooled down at night quite quickly making it very easy to sleep. I was also annoyed that someone kept ringing our doorbell.....is it really necessary to have one each of the hotel rooms???!!
Overall, quite satisfied and preferred it to my second accommodation in Queenstown.
