This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at, the owner is the main drawback, downright rude and very nasty. You can get much better accommodation in town and they know it, hotel was practically abandoned while I was there - didn't take long to figure out why, next to noisy road, partying louts next door to the property.

We stayed a night in this hotel. 5 minutes walk to town so everything was close by. The unit which we booked had an upstairs where the 2 bedrooms and toilet facilities were located. The unit also included a laundry, tumble drier and a full kitchen. We especially like the huge balcony where we could have meals together as a family and enjoy the excellent views. Overall a good experience and one we would gladly recommend.

Not too much of a probem with this hotel even though the furniture is a bit dated, it was close to town but really draw the line at paying £1.50 for an extra bog roll, and the limit was when we where asked for 13p a sugar, would rather go without, and found it a bit stupid when you can leave the water or worse the tumble dryer on all day at no extra cost, Madness.will not be staying at a best western again.

Really like this Best Western, For the money the location is awesome..5 minute walk into the town centre. We had the 1 bedroom unit and the other family in our group had the 2 bedroom. They got awesome views across to the mountain and we got glimpses through the window/ sliding doors. The rooms are a little dated furniture wise but had everything we needed. Kitchen was small but perfect for making breakfast or light meals. Beds were comfortable and with parking right outside the door we didnt have to walk a mile to get to our room. The room heating was great and the rooms were nice and quiet too. We would definitely stay here next time we go to Queenstown for our ski trip!
