Excellent accommodation. Clean, tidy and very comfortable. Two storey apartment with bedrooms upstairs. Not so good for my elderly parents struggling to get up the stairs after a busy day.

Views from the balconies makes up for any small issues.

Very convenient to the centre of Queenstown and all activities

Stayed 2 nights with family. A comfortable classy haven to come home to during a busy sightseeing trip. Spa was great, bookings only but make sure you do. Gym was great with tv and private. The view we got from 4thfloor fantastic so no feeling of being closed in. It was perfect. Staff helpful and very friendly. We had a high top 4WD with a storage pod and we were able to use undercover bus area to park- great and off road. Staff even offered to store our bikes in secure area. Would love to come back. Thanks. Oh did I mention 2 for 1 cocktails every evening 5-7pm- great fun to start the evening. Overall- great value.

Booked online using Entertainment Book. We got a superior room normally $350 a night for $121 which was a good price. On arriving at the hotel was disappointed with room for the normal price, if I had of paid $350 a night I would have been extremely disappointed. The room was clean and tidy and well presented, but would not have called it a superior room. Also mentioned views of the lake - this we did not have as on ground floor. Would stay there again but only if I got a good price through the Entertainment Book or Wotif.com.

We booked one of the two bedroom apartments for a family of four. It was adequate and quite comfortable but we felt a bit dated and overpriced. Definitely not horrible but not somewhere we would rush to stay again.
