I have stayed in the Roslyn Apartments four times now, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
This time I stayed on my own, but we have been in these apartments as a family of four, as well as in a smaller group. The apartments have worked well on all these occasions. They are extremely comfortable and spacious, and have everything you could want for a relaxing stay. Having stayed a few times in the inner city or student zone, I find this place quiet. There are handy shops and cafes nearby, and it is not far into the city. The hosts are available, but not intrusive, and always obliging. The views are simply magical.I recommend the apartments wholeheartedly. Anne Chrisp

Our stay in Roslyn Apartments came at the end of a 3 week holiday in the South Island. With the stunning views and the beautifully appointed apartments close to the city, it was a perfect way to end what was a wonderful New Zealand experience. Thoroughly recommended. Pauline and Denis Peel

Pretty good location above Dunedin and good quality accommodation. Owner helpful with potential sightseeing ideas, although we undertook those ourselves independently.

We have 3 days and two nights in Dunedin.The Roslyn Apartments were excellent, very well appointed, great location with a view to the north of the harbour from our apartment. Very easy to find and great hosts.
