I stayed here for 1 night pre tour in December 2011.
I was booked into a quad share room with 2 other people. The room was very limited for space & had little spacefor suitcases. The bathroom is small and only has a shower - no bath.
The sliding back doors open out onto communal gardens; which is nice during the day but can sometimes be annoying when people are up late.
Breakfast was Full English and very good - sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns, beans etc. While fruit and cerals are also on offer. Tea, Coffee and juices were also available. I did eat at the restaurant for dinner and the food was good - recommended by my airport suttle driver.
The hotel is located on Bealey's Avenue; there is not much near by the hotel. If you want to get to a supermarket or the Westfields shopping centre it would a taxi ride away or a 40 minute walk.
The hotel also has limited space due to the February 2011 earthquake destroying one block of the hotel.
