Staff are really helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfy for a short stay. Good location. Definitely a good value for money.

I really liked this place because:

It has got proper heating everywhere, batchrooms have heat curculation,heated towel racks, electric blanket. As i went in late april so for me temperature there was quite low hence all the 'heating' facilities were important for me.

The kitchenett is not right near to your ears, its arranged properly away from the bed. So no disturbance of freeze fluctuation or anything.

It is just a 10 minutes walk from cathedral square and avon river.

In short its the best return of your money.

We spent the last week of our holiday staying at Bella Vista in Christchurch and it capped off a wonderful NZ holiday. The unit was self-contained and more than met our expectations and was still affordable. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious, affordable, clean and within walking distance to the city centre and all amenities - what more could you ask for?

This was a nice clean self contained unit, air, kitchenette, it was within walk distance of downtown. Nothing fancy but a clean comfortable stay.
