Stayed here for one night pre-EQs and had a great experience. Good rooms with sky all very clean and service was great from the staff. Would highly recommend.

We were arriving in the early hours of the morning and arrived at Tuscana Motor Lodge and treated like real people! They made us feel so welcome after a long haul flight. Thank you for this. The next morning they orgainsed a taxi to take us to pick up our rented campervan. What a great welcome home to NZ!

My wifa and I and our 18 mth old son stayed one night and enjoyed our stay. Reception was very helpful in making sure we had a booking for our taxi to the Airport at 3.45am! Very helpful service in guiding us about the city. Within walking distance to the city and Botanical Gardens which are a must...especially the rose garden much to my wifes delight!
Nice and comfy and we had a wonderful big Spa bath in the room. The only qualms were a night light coming on out side the back window ocasionally through the night. Also we booked it on another website because it stated it was close to the Airport, when in actual fact it is a good 15 mins by Cab. Despite these minor issues, we had a great nights stay and would highly recommend it. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed two separate nights at Tuscana Motor Lodge. while we were very happy with the rooms, we are over the moon with the customer service provided by Manager Carol!!! My husband seems to make it a tradition to loose things during the holidays and when we arrived on our last leg of the trip in NZ, he accidentally left his man bag in the bus. This had also his wallet in it and we were quite devastated.

Carol tried her best to contact Naked Bus by phone but they did not answer the phones. She allowed me to use her computer to send a 'lost property' message. This all happened at a busy time for her but she was so helpful. But then we heard that the bag had been found and that the driver had it with him. Carol offered to drive over there in the evening- to the other side of Christchurch - and pick it up. The next morning we had our bag back. Only the money and a water bottle was missing. The person who took it must have been thirsty! :-)

But this was not the end of Carol's helpfulness. she always provided a free service of driving us to the airport. She does this not just for us but also for other guests. Carol should get a medal! Whoever has her services is very lucky indeed! THANK YOU AGAIN CAROL!
