- Internet not working often.
- Staff not very cooperative.
- Their computer systems crash often, so my room-key was not working for several hours. Everytime I had to enter my room, I had to request hotel staff to use a master key to open my room. Once I had to wait for 18 minutes waiting for someone to open my room.
- I was to receive a parcel by mail. Assuming it got delayed, after leaving the hotel, I emailed them with my forwarding address. Unfortunately, there is no response from the hotel staff. So I have effectively lost the parcel.
