Really welcoming , comfy bed needed after long flight in. Just the place to charge the battery's before setting on on your trip.

Love it here. The only place we stay when going to ChCh. Great Parking for Car and Trailer.
Great Rooms, Comfortable beds. Nice strong showers. Food is always good especially the Pizza. Very nice atmosphere. Pool is great for a wind down and bit of exercise. Lovely Friendly Staff.

We have stayed here on a few occasions now and have had standard and business level rooms/suite. Each time we have found our beds very comfortable, the room or suite clean and well maintained considering the earthquakes Christchurch has experienced in recent times. We stayed two nights recently in the Sunset Suite and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room service was fast and friendly with meals arriving hot, and housekeeping staff were friendly though some reception staff seemed a little stressed at times. The restaurant food was great and added to our enjoyable stay. We will continue to come back.

This is certainly more than just an airport hotel. Stayed here for two seperate nights, at the start of a tour around the south island and on the return before catching a flight. Check in was polite and friendly on both occasions with the receptionist actually taking us to our rooms.

We had a superior room, it was very roomy and comfortable, decor a little dated, but clean and well maintained. On our first stay we took room service which was delivered in good time and with a smile and hot. Good to see the use of foil rather than a lid to keep food hot in transit.

On our second stay we ate in the resturant and the food was very good, with good service and friendly waiting staff. Breakfast was great, not too fancy but some nice touches such as Rose's Marmalade and the best of all the tea. This must be the only hotel in New Zealand that knows how to serve tea correctly and use loose leaf tea.

Transfers to the airport were quick and instant. Made use of the free bus tickets to town which is a nice touch.

Would certainly stay here again.
