The Asure Sundowner is on the outskirts of Blenheim on the road to Nelson and most of the wineries. Car parking in font of the units which are spacious, clean and have full cooking facilities. The location does not have much ambience but the hosts are pleasant and helpful

This motel was absolutely spotless and a credit to the owners. The owners were really nice, friendly people too. The motel was exactly what we expected.

I have been staying at this motel for three and a half years. I visit once a month and stay for two nights. Charge back option is available.The hosts are fantastic. Friendly, interested and can not do enough. The rooms are immaculate, warm and comfortable. Comfortable beds with pristine linen. Two towels per person each day.The room I usually have has forty plus sky television. Broad band is also provided. A choice of cooked or continental breakfast is available at whatever time required. The motels are located directly opposite a shopping center and within walking distance to town. Because staying at the sundowner in Blenheim has always been such a positive experience I always recommend it to others as well as ensuring I stay at other Asure Motels through -out the country.

From the first greeting to our departure, we found this Motel excellent. Friendly staff. Lovely clean warm units, and very comfortable. And the spa bath in the Honeymoon Unit is super. Beds and pillows very snuggly. Although on a busy road, we found it very quiet.
A MUST STAY FOR ALL.
