This hotel has it all: great staff, lovely rooms, nice view of the harbor, washing machine and dryer, wifi, and it's two minutes from Te Papa and a short walk to Cuba St and downtown. Very up to date, it's on the top floor of an office building with Lexis/Nexis for a neighbor. We were lucky to find it.

Location was perfect for going to shows and the many restaurants. Big bonus was free car parking. Very quiet even although it is surrounded by busy roads

Had an obscured view of the harbour. Nice balcony with loungers and table and chairs (shame about he wind - gales force). Excellent kitchen, with washer dryer and huge bathroom. Deff. stay again. Near Te Papa. Stay here if you are in Wellington!!!

I have searched weeks online for the perfect place to spend 7 nights in Wellington. I found it here. Opposite Te Papa, on the 4th floor of an office building, this is what is called a "boutique" hotel appartment. It sure felt like home, with full kitchen, huge bathroom (double showers!), washer and dryer in the huge bathroom. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Large living room with patio (though too windy during our stay to enjoy it much). Serviced daily. Free parking at lot across the street. Free broadband Internet. 2 TVs, DVD player. Secure entrance to building, elevator and 4th floor.
Quiet if on harbour side of the building. We were in apartment A, a one-bedroom apartment. We walked everywhere, supermarket 5-min walk away, outdoor market on weekends next to Te Papa, downtown shops, museums, funicular to Mt. Victoria... this place is a hidden gem!
