Yes, they are all correct! This is a remarkable luxury B&B from the bedrooms, the early evening drinks, canapes, and conversation, to the view, the breakfasts, the attention to detail, and most importantly, the warmth and care extended by Susan, one's host. The property is just a few minutes walk from dining, downtown, and Te Papa, although Susan drops one off to dinner and volunteers to come fetch you too! We loved the tour of the city she gave us. I was with 2 friends and we all felt like we had stumbled upon a treasure. Enjoy!

This is a lovely luxury B&B right outside downtown Wellington. The rooms are big and comfortable. The house is absolutely beautiful. But what made this very, very special was our hostess Susan Bilbie. She not only gave us advice on where to go in Wellington, she drove us there and picked us up afterwards! Without asking, she also took us on a driving tour of Wellington's best sights! She had my wife's shoes fixed (the heel had come off) and wouldn't let us pay her for it! Susan is New Zealand's best ambassador for tourism. The B&B is a little bit of a walk from town, but it's worth it.
