This company run a number of Apartment sites in central Wellington. We have stayed in two of these (Left Bank & 66 Boulcott St) Although reasonably new these apartments have all the basics but both share the same bland interior with not a picture on a wall anywhere & minimum size mirrors in the bathrooms. Both are noisy particually Left Bank which has a common entrance balcony accessed up a steel stairway. (Clump, clump.clump. at all hours) This balcony served as a common area for two groups in two seperate apartments till the wee hours when we were there, leading to limited sleep.The Left Bank main bedroom En-suite is a joke, the handbasin the smallest I have ever seen, so small in fact I had difficulty cleaning my teeth in it. If you need parking make sure you book in advance as it's very limited on-site & expensive elsewhere.
They're clean, have the basics, but everything appears to have been done as cheap as chips. Pity really, because for just a few extra dollars spent in the right areas, and a few signs requesting silence after 10.00p.m. we might have returned.
