We stayed three nights in the Terrace Villas. Like many accommodation venues it proved to have some variation from the photos! We realised it was a historic villa and was in keeping with its history but found that the general maintenance was not up to scratch. The kitchen needed a good clean, especially inside cupboards and drawers, and the rubbish bin smelt like cigarette butts. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings, though old according to the theme, were adequate. We had a good deal through Jasons and found it value for money, but for what was quoted as full price (over $200 a night) we would have gone somewhere newer as there are plenty of those in the city. Free parking was a plus though. Staff friendly but office hours were limited.
