On the 4th of July my partner & I stayed at Summit Motor Lodge in Tauranga. Conveniently, shops are directly across the road including a takeaway. And although you have excellent, full cooking facilities, it was great to have the option of NOT cooking! The unit was really lovely and warm. Love the electric blankets too! But what we most loved was meeting you Mike and Judith. Nothing was too much for you, in fact you went out of your way and I even got a sleep-in :) Sorry no comment on the restaurant as we ate out, but will try next time. And hey, they have swimming pool AND a spa pool! Fantastic! We will be telling our work team and everyone else to stay with you. Thanks so, so much!! Looking forward to another freddo frog too :) To all our FB friends, PLEASE support this motel, because we think Mike & Judith are really lovely people!!

Great place to stay for our sports team, our hosts (Mike and Judith) were extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean and we were within a short drive of the main town centre. We would definitely recommend Summit Motor Lodge as a place to stay for both travelling teams and familes.

I managed a sports team and we stayed here, Mike and Judith were so helpful and welcoming. Always ready with answers for any questions and requests. the rooms were lovely we had 5 of them, has all you need. we also booked the conference room for the duration which was a "god send" oven, and dishwasher, large conference room to have meetings and all meals. The location is a PLUS also, just a 2-3 minute drive to the QEII Stadium. We would definitely stay here again.

From arrival to departure nothing was any bother for our hosts Mike & Judith. Great service, nice clean room in a good location and all at a great price! All this adds up to a happy traveller. Many thanks:)
