Great motel with lovely staff to look after you. Spacious rooms with good heat pumps and air conditioning, needed in Napier. Rooms a little dark if you were staying in all day but ideal for those planning to spend time out and about. Will be staying there again, great value for money.

With the World Cup season underway here in New Zealand, we had a last minute dash to find urgent accommodation ASAP, to be exact, we only booked two units the night before we got there, i was shocked to here that they were the last two as because Napier was fully booked for the Canada vs France game..
We booked Room 11 ( LOVE IT) the mirror in the bathroom was too DIE FOR... every woman's dream to have something like that! i loved the unit, its cosy, warm and VERY clean.. i had the best nights sleep there.. thank you sooo much!!

We also hired out Room 4 (the other group) they loved their rooms just as much as we loved ours!

You guys are very central, close to a lot of shopping centers and yummy cafes!!

Cant wait for my relaxing weekend in January, already have decided to come back here

I regularly travel to Napier on business and since staying at Bella Tuscany I have not stayed elsewhere. The hosts are friendly and personable, the rooms are nice and always spotless. The location is handy to everything. I also like the fact I can park my car directly in front of my room. I will continue to keep coming back.

We stayed here for three nights while visiting from Australia.
Our room was comfortable and clean, perfect for what we required.
The hosts were lovely people, very accommodating and friendly.
We found the location handy as it was close to town - about a 4min drive, yet on the way to most of the vineyards/attractions we were interested in visiting.
