I'd like to say a big thank you to the great hosts and owners of the Spanish Lady Motel. It was very clean and spacious, friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay there and the price was very good, very sharply priced and offered good service. A little dated but recommend for the price and service. A+. Great Spa and pool.

Hosts are superb and very helpful.
Rooms are set in the 1960s but adds to the character of the place.
Short drive into town.
But very comfortable.
A pleasure to stay at considering the price.

My husband and I stayed here a while ago when attending a friend's wedding. The thing that made this place stand out for us was the great host. We had to catch a bus from the main station at 8am, and as the time ticked closer to 8 there was still no sign of our taxi. The host drove us to the station himself and refused any form of payment. Good old Kiwi service.
The motel itself was pretty good: clean, value for money etc.
