We spent 4 nights here in October 2011. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. We parked on site for free, but did have to pay for laptop connection. The room was very modern with a very comfortable bed, and great shower. Having a small kitchenette meant we were able to eat in if we wanted, but we were close to the many restaurants in Napier City. We will be staying again. Thank you

These apartments are great to spread out/wash clothes and have more room and feel more friendly than a hotel room. The hosts of these in Napier know their work and made us feel at home with ideas for the wet days etc We would return. The only fault was lack of black out curtains/blinds we were near car park and lights were like day light so extra black out details need to be added Thank you

Propertryt was easy to find, room was excellent, as was the service.

We found the Quest Napier to be of a high quality, although i agree with previous posts that the TV's are a little on the small side. But that is my only gripe - so thats not bad!

The rooms are clean and tidy, and have quality furnishings.
We appreciated the cooking and washing facilities, and the central location.

The owners are kind friendly people, who couldnt be more hospitable.
