Very lovely people so helpfull will definatly be recommending this motel to friends and family.

Cannot fault the service, very approachable, welcoming & friendly.
Loved the room, spotless, has everything you need, presentation is beautiful eg. loved the art work on the walls.
Location is really good. 10 minutes to Napier City Centre. 5 minutes to the nearest Supermarket, Takeaways, Restaurants & Swimming Baths. 20 minutes to Hastings City Centre.
Loved the spa pool.
Can`t think of anything I disliked.
For what you get the price is A1, will definately be staying again in the very near future.

We have enjoyed our stay here on several occasions. The hosts and staff recently went to great lengths to return to us some items we had left behind. Great service and friendly hosts and staff. We had great fun with the table tennis. Good value for money.

The photos of the rooms used to advertise the property where nothing like the room given to us. Our room was very basic, hadnt been renovated and was not of the standard shown in photos. Was very disappointed things where very shabby and tired and furniture stained.
Attitiude and customer relations need to be improved by the male owner.
On the plus side its situated handy to all facilities.
