Stayed two nights Feb 2012 - staff were friendly and helpful. Pictures of rooms on official website accurate. Great facilities in room including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer + also heated towel rack. Based on my experience would recommend.

Stayed here one night before flying home. We actually had a two bedroom unit with very small bedrooms (one was an interior room), but we only needed one bed, so it was OK. Living-room area was quite large, with couch, desk, kitchenette. Washer/dryer in the bathroom (we did not use it). We thought the breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety. We had a shower drainage problem which was addressed promptly but apparently not permanently - it was slow draining again the next morning. Desk staff was not able to recommend restaurants, just general direction to walk. Convenient to Sky City if you want to go there. If we return to Auckland, I would stay a bit close to the wharf area if we could find a place as economical.

this hotel had one of the best facilities in a room, we had a dishwasher, washer and tumble dryer, comfortable and clean room. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the location was near the Sky Tower - where we had Christmas lunch and the Wharf.

The apartments are in a fantastic location and they are spacious enough but our room was quite dirty the curtains were covered in dirt and the bedding did not seem fresh also no space left in car park so we had to pay $30 to park in a street carpark nearby
