this hotel had one of the best facilities in a room, we had a dishwasher, washer and tumble dryer, comfortable and clean room. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the location was near the Sky Tower - where we had Christmas lunch and the Wharf.

The apartments are in a fantastic location and they are spacious enough but our room was quite dirty the curtains were covered in dirt and the bedding did not seem fresh also no space left in car park so we had to pay $30 to park in a street carpark nearby

Great position near the sky tower which was excellent for us as had to catch an early inter city bus from just down the road. Arrived early and had good luggage storage until we could check in. Was upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment. Great facilities with LCD TV, DVD, Kitchenette, Washer drier, Difficult to fault. Breakfast quite good although scone not great. Reception staff helpful, friendly & efficient. Great value for money. Would stay again & recommend.

We found this hotel just great. 15 minutes walk from the harbour and ferry terminal, and 25 minutes from Auckland Museum. It is clean, friendly and the small apartment was just excellent for a 3 night stay with breakfast delivered to the room the night before so you can eat when you want; a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine (a little bit too technical for us - we shrank a couple of shirts!). Perfect for the traveller who doesn't want to eat out every night or have a schedule for breakfast.
