The place is ok for a night but reminded me of university halls of residence. Very noisy rooms, the beds are not really long enough for an adult over 5 foot eight, the room was not cleaned in a week we were there, also no where to hang wet towels etc in the room or anywhere else. The staff don't put themselves out to accomodate you.

Good location and very good kitchen facilities, nice and light in the kitchen area with big windows.

Stay there for 2 nights, in 4 mixed-share room. Room is small. Kitchen, toilet and shower room is clean.
It is very close to restaurant, i.e. plenty of Asian food, Korean food! Supermarket is nearby, good downtown window shopping!!

Our advice:don't stay in this one.it is a dirty place with useless staff.Double room $95 per nt-smelly and dirty bed clothes,one male toilet on the whole floor,no free internet,no free breakfast and every morning at breakfast followed by nasty a little chinesse woman who was checking on us if we didn't steal food...5* hostel????5* my a..!Only reason why we stayed in this smelly place was that we booked 3nts over internet and we payed before we saw room because we're so tired after long flight from Dublin.So pls don't do the same mistake as we did...Good luck

Excellent place for many reasons. The place allows 24-hour check-in, and I checked in at 1:30AM. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. It's a bit of a walk to the Auckland attractions. For the price, definitely look to stay here.
