Booked this apartment via email. Lisa was very helpful. She was very prompt and informative. Arrangements were easy to make and all done via email.

Arrived early on 3Nov11 and was pleasantly surprise to find that we could check-in at 8.30am as the apartment was ready.

Sonny (at the reception) was efficient and helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick.

The apartment is spacious and clean. We had a parking lot assigned to us. There's a small pool with 2 barbecue pits. DVD player available in the apartment and DVDs are available for daily rental too!

The grocery is just 2 streets away and fast food available just 5 mins away by car.

I would highly recommend this apartments for large group of families. We had 6 adults and 2 children (3 years old & 6 months old). Apartment has all the necessities such as fully equipped kitchen and washing machines. There is also a small bbq pit and a pool for a nice Aussie Barbie.

The only downside of this place is the water heater, there were just not enough hot water for an entire family to shower back to back. But with proper scheduling we got our way around it.

This apartment is also perfect for those with car rentals as it's only a short 5 min drive to the city and to the casino.

In contrast to some of the recent reviews, I am happy to report that I was more than satisfied with my recent stay (4 nights). South Perth is convenient for my business and also close to the city by short ferry transfer. The Quest apartments are situated in a quiet leafy suburb. The apartments are surrounded by attractive landscaped gardens and there are good eating facilities nearby. I particularly recommend the bookshop cafe, almost opposite the Quest, for breakfast.
My apartment was spacious, nearby my car space and spotlessly clean. Free secure car parking was provided on the grounds.
Sure, if you are silly enough to leave the facility without your key, as mentioned in a previous post, you might have difficulty in getting back in after Reception closes at 8:00 pm but I believe that there is an emergency contact for this eventuality. For me, the security was reassuring. Perhaps too, some of the bathroom fittings could do with a makeover but, for me, the apartment was more than adequate and I certainly could not fault the cleanliness.
It is extremely difficult to get decent, secure and affordable accommodation in Perth and after much research the Quest on Arlington was one of just a few which fitted my needs. I found it very good value for money.
I will be very happy to stay here next time I am in Perth.

We stayed at the Quest serviced apartments on Arlington in South Perth on one of the hottest weekends in February. On check-in we were pleasantly surprised to find the air-conditioned upstairs 3 bedroom apartment pleasantly cool. The apartment on the second floor was set towards the back of the property and extremely spacious. As we had a birthday to attend at the Burswood Casino complex our choice of the Quest on Arlington meant we were only a short taxi ride away at the end of the night.
The apartments are ideal for families or groups set in a quiet part of South Perth where you get a choice of bedroom numbers plus a kitchen , meals and lounge area. They also have washing machines,driers an iron and ironing board set in a deep cupboard. The look on my daughters face when I opened the doors to use the sink in there was priceless.
The arrangements of the units mean you don't feel over looked or crowded like you do in a hotel room . The gardens and pool area looked neat and tidy and this was after a long hot spell in Perth this summer. There was free off street parking behind security gates.
Check in and check out was very smooth as was the initial booking of our room over the phone.
A short drive away is a great choice of restaurants plus on the Sunday morning we even found a supermarket that opened at 7am for breakfast supplies and a bakery for fresh bread. All in all I feel that it was a great choice to stay out of the city as the last time I stayed in the heart of the city I found that not much is open on a Sunday morning. This way we could have a leisurely breakfast, coffee read the paper & then head in Perth for shopping and lunch later.
My daughter is already planning that we stay there again so she can go to the zoo the next time as that is so close by, maybe in the school holidays...if she gets a good report.
