You get what you pay for.
Simple for the basics and value for che rooms.
Clean and tidy nothing special.

If you are on a business trip and need some fairly priced accomodation in an otherwise over heated market than this hotel will suffice.

This hotel was in a great location, walking distance to the pubs and clubs. approx 5-8min walk but no too close you couldnt sleep.
I felt safe and had no problem walking at nigh with my partner, not sure i would walk by myself though.

The bed was comfy and the staff were not overly nice but no rude either.

We got a spa room with breakfast included, the breakfast was great could have a choice of pancakes, full english etc very good choice all fresh.

The spa was not the best, it was a decent size but both times we have been has had hair in the spa bath (have had to call to get it re cleaned) put me off a little bit.

most of the rooms have no window so can be a bit dull with no sunlight but overall is a good price, nice location. It is a good base to stay if you want to be able to go to perth and northbridge.

I would rate about a 7or 8/10

We have been twice and would probably try somewhere different next time if that helps.

Stayed here for 4 Nights from the 12th of November.Nice hotel slightly dated but not too out of date stayed in worse.Found the hotel to be quite quiet mostly only one night the bar underneath my room decided to stack beer barrels at 1am.The chimes restaurant was served very good breakfast and evening meal.The hotel staff and restaurant staff were also very pleasant which I think is what makes this place a good place to stay.The hotel is close enough to the nightlife of Northbridge if your into partying and far enough away from it to not be disturbed if you don't.
