Good apartments in a convenient location, walking distance from the comercial district but....

But the staff is not very helpful. I made a reservations with enough time trying to avoid noise from the close highway and when arrived my apartment was just besides the highway!!...they didn't help me much in finding a better room.
Pool out of order very often and when available with some bugs living inside (not properly cleaned?).
Without internet access in the rooms, they charge you a massive price and it doesn't work. How can a hotel of this supossed class not have free internet access by the price of the room!!

We generally found Perth hotel to be quite expensive,so we were surprised to get a good quality and value accommodation in Mounts BayWaters apartment hotel.the location was very central in Perth with the additional advantage of a free Cat shuttle bus on the hotel front door,out 2 bedroom hotel apartment was very spacious,clean and with full kitchen,laundry and a veranda with nice water views.secured,professional complex with exce,llent facilities.very good value for money

This place exceeded our expectations, when we travelled to Perth for our sister's wedding. Although we arrived before check in , our bags were stored in the luggage room at reception and delivered to our room, whilst we walked into city for lunch.
We were upgraded to a two bathroom place which was a treat. Kitchen utensils and contents are very sparse , and the two cup coffee plunger is insufficient for a two bedroom place that can sleep 4. Reception staff are helpful but a bit unattentive at times. We asked for pool towels and they werent delivered. But they made great suggestions for meals and public transport inc free blue CAT bus service info. Loved Freemantle and public transport is clean, accessible and easy .

the location of Mounts Bay isIn the heart of Perth, short walking distance to Perth bus station & the water front area. Across the road is one of the many malls including Woolworths. Many cafes & restaurants in walking distance. Taxi rank and a free Cat Shuttle Bus directly outside of hotel. Train trip is approx 20-30mins to Freemantle
Our 2bedroom king apartment on level 8 was ready at check in . We advised in our online booking that it was our anniversary & this was acknowledged on our check in plus to our delight there was a box of lindt chocolates . - we were very impressed with their generosity. Air con was on when we entered the room which was a nice touch also. Having read previous tripadviser reviews, we asked for a room away from the highway area which was accommodated .very good kitchen and we also have an internal laundry in the apartment..
Housekeeping was very good as the apartment was very clean with good quality towels & linen. Housekeeping make the bed, do the washing up & replenish towels regulary.
The complex has a very good sporting facility and good restaurant and breakfast was just gret.We will recommend this accommodation to our friends
