I booked this place after reading some decent reviews. Whoever has rated this as decent must be paid for for doing so. Why??? Please read on:
1) I made a reservation for a carpark lot (you have to pay extra for it). When I arrived, there are no more lots and I found out my lot were taken by the restaurant manager who moved her car after I complained to the front desk. (Not to mention its a pathetically small carpark)
2) Then the front desk broke the news after I have to ask her how do I come back if I leave the indoor car park. Oh.....the remote is broken,so you have to do the follow 100 steps to get back in. Basically, I need to stop the car, run to front desk, operate a switch, run back to the car, wait for the door to close......blah, blah, blah.... you get the picture.
3) Enter the room. No aircon in the inidividual bedroom (I had the 2 bedroom 'suite'). Only 1 common aircon in the hall, which means you leave your doors open to sleep. No fans, so pray the aircon work during my stay.
4) On the website, it says internel facilities. What it means is that you have to call front desk to subscribe to an ISP....it locked you on to 1 device.....only 1 PC can have access....
5) Try to keep my children entertain while we settle in, the DVD player doesn't have a remote, won't work. Call the front desk...oh sorry, you have to wait for the maintenance guy to come in tmrw morning....i don't know what to do...... WHAT THE ^%$@#$!^!!!!
6) Open the fridge, the freezer compartment has a ice layer 3 inch thick, I kid you not. and its dripping water as I type.
7) No hangers in the closet...NONE!!!!!
I shan't write anymore.....I have never left a review on TA before, not to mention a negative one.
in fact I am so pissed that I wrote this once I got the Laptop working.....
Like I said, it has to be free for me to write a positive review. This stay has spoilt my family vacation right from the beginning....
