This hotel is a good choice if you want to stay in Perth CBD. The location is good for most things, just a few minutes walk from both the railway station and river.

The rooms are fairly standard Holiday Inn fare which isn't a bad thing although some things like the air-con controls are somewhat dated.

The price is reasonable given that Perth is now an expensive city.

Located in the heart of the city, stable quality of the room, good bedding, old sanitary, good value for money.
Wifi: you can only use 1 device per room, strange policy...

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn, Perth City Centre. The hotel is centrally located, well maintained and clean. We were really impressed with the service. From check-in to check-out, we found the staff to be very professional, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Service was flawless. Highly recommend!!!

It was one of my worst experiences ever. The hotel lobby is so cramped and so is the rooms. Stinking rooms and badly maintained. The service was as good as not there or you can call it pathetic. the staff were very rude with care a damn attitute.
