rooms very clean, staff helpful, complimentary brekky included in room rate, good speed internet connection, quiet and centrally located - that summarises our stay at hotel sophia.

An added bonus was the cafe bar located on ground floor with well priced counter meals.

We definintely wont be staying there again. The staff switched between ignoring you completely and being rude to reasonable requests (ie - linen changes). The rooms are very basic with a musty smell.

We stayed in a tripple room for 5 nights.
The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.The hotel location is great and we managed to walk to most places of interest like Victoria Market, Casino, China Town, and most major streets. The buffet american breakfast though have limited menu, did filled our tummy comfortably. The room is nice with comfortable beds and generous supply of pillows and bathroom essentials.
Although the room is not totally noise proof from the sound of the cars on street and noises from rooms nearby, the noise level is still acceptable. Some of the towels provided has some dust on it which will need further improvement. Check out is a bit time consuming as the counter staff need to free from attached duty at that time to go and re-inspect the room before refund the deposit.
Overall, we are satisfied with what this hotel has to offer.

I spend 1 night in sofia the room was very clean and noiseless it is not expensive hotel in a hostel had asked me just 10 aud less but without the breakfast..that here was included..really nice and in a good position!
