Stayed for 9 nights with the family of 6 for the Australian Tennis Open. First time to visit Melbourne. This hotel is right smack bang in the middle of everything you'd want to visit. Walk to everywhere. The free circle tram station is just round the corner and the busy lanes filled with cafes is just next door! Rooms are kept clean and the friendly staff are always helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone.

We stayed here for the first time in a 1 bedroom apartment on level 5. Didn't get any street noise, was very quiet to sleep in. We didn't face the street so it was very quiet. Huge bed and very comfy. Loved the New York loft look and had everything we needed ... full kitchen, washing machine, all the bits and pieces we needed. Only bit we didn't like was the shower over the bath was a bit skinny and bathroom a little tired. Otherwise, friendly helpful staff and a pleasure to stay here. Close to cool cafes, restaurants, movies, etc. Thanks.

We spent one night for a concert and it was perfect in every way. Location, clean, friendly staff and well priced.

Second time staying at these apartments.Fabulous location, very friendly staff(Kate) and great value for money at a very busy time of year. Yes the comments re early morning noise are correct but what can you expect in such a convenient location. See you next year.
