I stayed for a week for work and found the hotel very good. Staff were really helpful and accommadating. The only issue i had was the Gym didn't open until after 6.30am so i couldn't get a work out fitted into the schedule. Restaraunt was very good for dinner and great beer selection. There was a filthy towel left behind the door in the bathroom when i checked in, so housekeeping was a little lacking, but only slightly. Overall, great and i'll be back.

My first time here and found all staff extremely friendly and helpful. Well-positioned property with a clean but small room and excellent noise insulation. Housekeeping hadn't noticed a missing kettle so I couldn't enjoy a cup of tea on waking. Desk lamp wasn't working and you really need one in this room as it's away from the window. Comfortable work chair at a too-tiny desk.

My wife and i stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel on flinders ,and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The people at the desk were polite very helpful.Room was large comfortable .Valet parking made it easy to check in and go straight to your room.Breakfast was Buffet and a large selection all very tasty and tempting. Walking distance to lots of attractions.All in all a very good stay and would highly recommend.

This four star hotel is in a good location for exploring Melbourne. A short walk for Skybus and easy access to trams. We flew to Melbourne for the cricket and it was a good base for what we needed to do. The rooms are good, service good, breakfast was better than other Holiday Inns we have experienced and we felt quite comfortable. Some small indications of wear in carpets and furnishings. Overall we thought it was good value.
