I stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel was busy with booking but the service was excellent. I love my stay there, they have great food great room service. As they say good things comes in small packages. No reception after 11pm but there is always a night guard who is always there for assistance. He is helpful! I love everyone at that hotel except one lady, I believe is the manager who kinda didn't want me to stay there. Though she was very professionally well behaved but somehow I got that feeling. I had to move out due to lack lack room extension. It has a small bar and seriously great food restaurant for a fraction of a price! I love my stay there and will definitely recommend friends and family to choose it, when going to adelaide. Worth the money spent and with impeccable top end service quality. I get the feeling that everyone in that hotel do whatever they do by heart and not for the sake. Except that manager. Also there is a gentleman at the reception who I believe is only man in the reception. He was just fantastic, he took my reservation before I left for Adelaide. His service is top class nothing less. He was helpful and very kinda with the service he provided. I really appreciate his generous help and his impeccable service. Maybe a little small, but compact and fitted with all necessities that travellers usually need. It's like a staying in a smaller version of a 5* hotels. It has a swimming pool though due to lack of time didn't get to enjoy a jump in the pool. They also have spa but also didn't get to enjoy it either. Have clean laundry. It's about $8 for wash and dry. Do not choose a room on level 1. Level 1 rooms are very close to laundry and also it's at the entrance of after midnight entry. Can be quite a distraction.
