Comfortable rooms in a good central location, although perhaps aimed more at the businessman than the holiday maker. This is fairly noticeable in the dining room where menus are designed accordingly and the atmosphere is a little “cold”: we preferred to eat out at one of the many other restaurants in the area.

The one "bad thing" was that, although breakfast here runs till 9:30, staff were busy tidying things away by 9:00 and you had to start asking for what you wanted, which rather defeats the object of having a buffet.

Reception staff however were always extremely friendly and helpful, and this was much appreciated.

Rooms are a bit small but they are modern and comfortable. They are also quiet which is good at the end of the working day. Good location just off busy Rundle Street where you can find plenty of good restaurants and bars, and boutique shopping. Their breakfast is served on ground floor where their restaurant opens out onto the footpath so on a pleasant morning you can enjoy eating al fresco. Service at front counter is a bit impersonal though.

The good
The location is excellent just a few blocks away from everything.
The housekeeping is excellent - super clean and I'm very fussy.
The rooms are great, modern and spacious
We brought a bottle of wine back from the Barossa Valley and the food and beverage manager decanted it for us - so nice of him.
Free internet in the lobby
They have a great laundry service

It could be improved by
Providing wifi
No overselling the roof gardens - they are nice but not majestic!
The reception staff could be a bit friendlier and a bit more helpful.

The bad
There is little if any help on the consierge side of things.

I stayed here 4 nights as a corporate visitor. I had a room on the 3rd floor which was nice (no view) and spacious and well fitted out. Excellent location around the corner from the East End. Excellent choice and good value.
