Reception staff were excellent and the room was quite basic but okay. Very central, right in the middle of the town. Laundry facilities were very useful, but I would say the hotel in general was fairly overpriced. Corridors were uncarpeted and the noise carried below the underdoor gaps. Fortunately there was a dividing door in the apartment to close off the bedroom, for some peace and quiet.

However, there is some dopey bin men (garbage men) every morning reversing their truck at 5am with a stupid pointless reverse alarm waking everyone up. They must be dumb - I mean... 5am? Health and Safety protecting the alley rats too?

Will go back but will ask for a high floor.

If arriving by train, get a taxi - the national station is (stupidly) not in Adelaide, and the local trains fly through that station without stopping.

Easy check-in, booking etc. Very good location, right in the middle of the CBD. Nice coffee shop at the door. Free laundry facilities - unheard of!!

Was very pleasantly surprised at how good this place was. High standard of rooms. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 singles , 1 king and baby cot. Fantastic for a family of five. Had a kitchen and dining table. Fabulous

We stayed at the Quest for two night, it was paid for and selected by my husband's employer. Things did not start off well, we could not find a park near the hotel so I left my husband and kids parked in a taxi rank while I went to check in, the receptionist was on the phone when I arrived and did not acknowledge me, I waited for several minutes and when she was finished with her call, she answered another one rather than talking to me! Finally she was off the phone (no apology) I said I was here to check in and she seemed almost surprised? Check in was straight forward although I had to ask about parking and discovered it was two block away and we had four large suitcases! So back out to the car I went and loaded myself and my two kids with cases and went up to our room.

The room itself (2 bedroom apartment) was neat and tidy and very spacious, the location is also close to everything. My next issue occurred during the night we were on the 8th floor (out of 9) and road noise during the night was terrible, it even woke my kids a couple of times.

Overall, although the rooms are clean and spacious and well located I cannot recommend this hotel to others, reception were out right rude, parking is a nightmare and the street noise far too loud.
