We stayed here for one night in the studio apartment. It had everything you need - everything was very clean. Small bathrooms - only one person could use it at a time. We couldn't work out how to use the plug in the sink ( could be just our stupidity ). For some reason we woke up with really bad backs. It was a king bed. We couldn't work out whether it was the pillows or the mattress. Although the man at the desk was very friendly :)

Found this by reading other trip advisor reviews and thought I would give it a try. Very classy little place that was a contrast to the usual corporate hotel in Adelaide.
Room was large enough with views across Adelaide city, bathroom cosy but clean.
Staff and service was excellent.
Groovy restaurant/bar area.
Location was ideal, quiet end of Flinders st and a short walk to Hutt st restaurants/bars etc..
Well done and will definately se eyou again!

The service at this hotel is the standout. All the guys that worked behind the desk were friendly, helpful and just amazing. A small boutique hotel with a cosy lobby and restaurant. We didnt try the restaurant or bar so cant advise here.
The rooms were nice and not small although some might say the bathroom is small, it suited our needs perfectly. Modern decor throughout, and all the mod techs - big tv, ipod dock etc. didnt use internet so cant rate. Paintings on wall are for sale if interested.
While not central to markets or shopping precinct, the walk is fine. Try Hutt Street round the corner for cafe and restaurants as well.
Paid $15 per day to park our car in their reserved parking behind hotel - cheapest in town.
Only downside was the price - a little high when the intercontinental was only a few dollars more, but it is boutique.

We had been booked to stay one night at this hotel but thanks to Qantas we ended up staying for 3.
Luckily this was no problem to the staff who couldn't be more helpful.
The place is small but well thought out, the beds are king size and very supportive as are the pillows. The towels fluffy.
There is a cafe on the ground floor which has a limited number of dishes but they are all well executed.
My son didn't like the water saving shower but I found it fine, South Australia is the dryest state in Australia and they need to conserve.
Overall however it was the staff who went the extra mile to help you. We would definitely go back there.
