The accommodation was great, food was excellent, service was first class, rooms were fresh and clean, location is the best around close to city and ocean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good Hotel and reasonable service. There was not enough car parking after we had spent a full day travelling. We were told to park the car in the hotel carpark next door. This carpark stated that it was for visitors only and that there was a risk of other cars being towed.

No complaints what so ever, food fantastic as always, could eat in the restaurant every night!!! The food was 5 star. Room was excellent, couldn't fault anything, a pleasure to stay in Townsville, The staff are friendly.

There's a reason why this hotel is cheaper than most, and that is because while being very clean and comfortable, it is basic. The rooms are small but all you need for a night's stay but I wouldn't want to spend a week there. There is no view to speak of, but the location is great with a number of great eateries etc nearby. I would stay there again but only for a night at a time.
