A great place to stay...the rooms are clean and roomy...minimal street noise...a tropical paradise! The staff are very accommodating and the food in the "Sidewalk Cafe" is great.

Rooms clean, although a little small, pool very good, location fine

Staff couldn't do enough for us when our family of 3 adults evacuated to City Oasis when cyclone Yasi was bearing down on Townsville. We stayed in an Executive Suite with kitchen facilities including a large fridge and plenty of room to house our large amount of luggage. Our room was very clean and bed comfy. Even at this crazy time the restaurant remained open and provided good wholesome meals for all of us staying there. A big thank you to all at City Oasis.

Had 2 nights at the City Oasis in Townsville in November. Stayed in an Executive Room. It was clean, neat and tidy and well maintained. Beds were comfy, shower over the bath was cosy, but good - one you can get wet under! Nights were very quite. Great central location, easy to get out and about from. Gardens are a real suprise - very nice. My daughter (6) loved the pool and was happy there was a couple of swings. She wants to know when we are going back! I guess thats about as good as you can hope for!
